Acceptance of These Terms
By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any service provided by scatter ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and scatter ph.

Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
scatter ph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
You must not, under any circumstances:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation in the Philippines or elsewhere.
- Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent platform systems, including betting markets, game outcomes, or transaction processing.
- Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access or interact with the platform in a manner not intended by scatter ph.
- Engage in collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or any fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or platform staff.
Violations of these usage rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law. scatter ph cooperates with law enforcement agencies in the Philippines and internationally when required.

Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso Processing
All financial transactions on scatter ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods listed in your account dashboard. scatter ph does not accept payments from third-party accounts — all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
Key payment terms include:
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and displayed in your account settings.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.
- scatter ph reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if fraud is suspected or if the account is under review.
- Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider for transactions with scatter ph.
- Funds deposited into your account are intended for gaming purposes only. scatter ph does not pay interest on account balances.

Technical issues, maintenance windows, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect platform availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance where possible.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. scatter ph does not guarantee any outcome of any game or event available on the platform. Winning outcomes are not guaranteed, and you should only participate with funds you can afford to lose. scatter ph is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure
scatter ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
- Provision of false registration information.
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
- Account inactivity over an extended period as defined by platform policy.
Upon account closure for breach, scatter ph may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no breach is established, remaining balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support.
